14 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2009 Annual Construction Program as
15 Item No. 5 ;

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

19 That CRP #904016 is formally amended to include the construction of the Hampton Road /
20 Mormon Ditch Bridge #261 Replacement Project;

22 The Contract for this project is awarded to Max J. Kuney Company, in the amount of their
23 bid of $2,579,824.78 .

25 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
26 Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
