RESOLUTION NO. 2009-009 8 9 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TREASURER' S 10 LIST OF PETITIONS FOR PROPERTY TAX REFUNDS 11 12 13 14 WHEREAS , RCW 84 . 69 . 020 requires that the County Treasurer present a list of 15 all petitions for property tax refunds made during the previous year to the County 16 Council , and ; 17 18 WHEREAS , a list of the Whatcom County Treasurer's 2008 Petitions For 19 Property Tax Refund is attached to this resolution , and ; 20 21 WHEREAS , the Whatcom County Council has received and reviewed the 22 Treasurer's list of property tax refunds consisting of the names of the persons receiving 23 the refunds , the amounts of the refunds , and reasons for the refunds for the year 2008 24 in accordance with RCW 84 . 69 . 020 . 25 . 26 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the
