Supplemental #7 requests funding from the General Fund:
(1) To appropriate $150, 000 in Non Departmental to fund Lake Whatcom Landscape Plan lawsuit settlement
From the Whatcom County Jail Fund:
(2) To appropriate $69,305 to fund transfer for EIS for new jail siting.

(3) To appropriate $847, 086 to fund FFY2008 Operation Stonegarden Program grant
From the Real Estate Excise Tax Fund I:

ORDINANCE NO . 2009 -052
AMENDMENT NO. 7 OF THE 2009 BUDGET
WHEREAS , the 2009-2010 budget was adopted November 25 , 2008 ; and ,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2009-2010
budget; and ,
WHEREAS , the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2009-
2010 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2008-053 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the budgets included therein :
