Supplemental #4 requests funding from the Stormwater Fund:
(1) To appropriate $110, 000 in Stormwater to fund Lake Samish stormwater plan development
(2) To appropriate $270, 000 in Stormwater to fund implementation of Lake Whatcom stormwater plan priorities.
(3) To appropriate $390, 000 in Stormwater to fund Hillsdale and Silver Beach capital construction projects.
From the Public Utilities Improvement fund:
(4) To appropriate $20, 000 to fund Bellingham Whatcom Economic Development Council.
(5) To appropriate $350, 000 to EDI program, W. Illinois/Timpson Way project

ORDINANCE NO . 2009 -026
AMENDMENT NO . 4 OF THE 2009 BUDGET
WHEREAS , the 2009-2010 budget was adopted November 25 , 2008 ; and ,
WHEREAS , changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2009-2010
budget; and ,
WHEREAS , the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2009-
2010 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2008-053 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the budgets included therein :
