10 AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 909010 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
11 FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "NORTHWEST DRIVE CULVERT REPLACEMENT
12 AT BEAR CREEK."

14 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2010 Annual Construction Program as
15 Item No. 19;

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

19 That CRP No. 909010 is formally amended to include the construction of Northwest
20 Drive Culvert Replacement at Bear Creek.

22 The Contract for this project is awarded to Strider Construction Co., Inc. in the amount
23 of their bid of $307,680.00

25 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
26 Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
