10 AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 908013 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
11 FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "BAKER LAKE ROAD SULPHUR CREEK BRIDGE
12 #422 REPLACEMENT."

14 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2010 Annual Construction Program as
15 Item No. 7;

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

19 That CRP No. 908013 is formally amended to include the construction of the Baker Lake
20 Road Sulphur Creek Bridge #422 Replacement.

22 The Contract for this project is awarded to Interwest Construction, Inc., in the amount of
23 their bid of $1,168,168.00

25 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
26 Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
