11 FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "CLEARBROOK ROAD JOHNSON CREEK BRIDGE NO.

14 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2010 Annual Construction Program as
15 Item No. 12;

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

19 That CRP No. 905017 is formally amended to include the construction of the Clearbrook
20 Road Johnson Creek Bridge No. 302 Replacement Project;

22 The Contract for this project is awarded to Tiger Construction Ltd, in the amount of their
23 bid of $391 ,067. 87.

25 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
26 Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
