To comply with RCW 46. 61. 200 and 47. 36. 110, it is found necessary and expedient to modify traffic control
signs at various intersections.

5 INSTALLING STOP SIGNS ON VARIOUS ROADS WITHIN THE COUNTY

7 WHEREAS , in compliance with RCW 46 . 61 .200 and. 47 . 36 . 110 , it is found necessary
8 and expedient to install traffic control signs on certain County Roads ; and
9
10 WHEREAS , construction projects have created new intersections on County Roads that
11 need traffic control signs ; and
12
13 WHEREAS , the Nooksack . Tribe requested to have some traffic control on a few
14 intersections in the Deming area; and
15
16 WHEREAS , it is found necessary to install stop signs , to help control traffic , at the
17 following newly constructed intersections .

19 NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
20 following be added to the Whatcom County Code Section 10. 16 as follows :
