Supplemental #13 requests funding from the General Fund:
1. To appropriate $34, 983 in Sheriff to fund Sex and Kidnapping Offender registration program from
Washington Sheriff and Police Chiefs grant proceeds.
2. To appropriate $38,326 in Sheriff to fund boating patrols from Washington State Parks and Recreation
Commission grant proceeds.
From the Emergency Management Fund:
3. To appropriate $26, 000 in Emergency Management to fund DHS EMPG FFY2010 Grant
From the Public Utilities Improvement Fund:
4. To appropriate $150, 000 to fund Williamson Way building improvements. •
5. To appropriate $30, 000 to fund evaluation services for Civic Center building envelope.
From the Administrative Services Fund:
6. To appropriate $431, 752 to fund additional Tort Fund expenditure authority.

ORDINANCE NO . 2010-032
AMENDMENT NO. 13 OF THE 2010 BUDGET
WHEREAS , the 2009-2010 budget was adopted November 25 , 2008 ; and ,
WHEREAS , changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2009-2010
budget; and ,
WHEREAS , the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2009-
2010 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2008-053 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the budgets included therein :
