Supplemental # 7 requests funding from the General Fund:
(1) To appropriate $20, 000 in Sheriff to fund Department of Homeland Security, SHSP FFY2008 Grant
(2) To re-appropriate $34, 756 in Sheriff to fund Department of Homeland Security 2010 Olympics First
Responder.
(3) To appropriate $124,179 in Sheriff to fund Department of Homeland Security, Operation Stonegarden
program.
(4) To appropriate $2,500 in Sheriff to fund the corrected space rental allocation in the Civic Center
(5) To appropriate $10, 000 in Juvenile to fund the corrected space rental allocation in the Civic Center.
(6) To appropriate $13,548 in Health to fund Accountant I position from millage funds.
(7) To appropriate $216, 657 to fund the revised ton allocation.

ORDINANCE NO . 2010-014
AMENDMENT NO . 7 OF THE 2010 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2009-2010 budget was adopted November 25 , 2008 ; and ,
WHEREAS, changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2009-2010
budget; and ,
WHEREAS, the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2009-
2010 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2008-053 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the budgets included therein :
