10 AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 910018 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
11 FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "TYEE DRIVE PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION-
12 BENSON RD. TO ROOSEVELT RD."

14 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted "Amended 2011 Annual Construction
15 Program" as Item No. 36;

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

19 That CRP No. 910018 is formally amended to include the construction of Tyee Drive
20 Pavement Reconstruction, Benson Rd. to Roosevelt Rd.

22 The Contract for this project is awarded to Whatcom Builders Inc. in the amount of their
23 bid of $631,390.00

25 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
26 Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
