10 AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 909006 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
11 FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "EMERALD LAKE WAY SLIDE REPAIR."

13 WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted Amended 2011 Annual Construction
14 Program as Item No. 12;

16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:

18 That CRP No. 909006 is formally amended to include the construction of Emerald Lake
19 Way Slide Repair, FEMA Project PW #526

21 The Contract for this project is awarded to P&P Excavating LLC, in the amount of their
22 bid of $265,699.09

24 An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
25 Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown: •
