Ordinance correcting map error in Ordinance 2011 -013. The "Lake Whatcom " zoning map in Exhibit C of that
ordinance had omitted a label denoting a rezoning to RR-5A *for a portion of the area previously zoned RR-2.
New ordinance adopts the corrected map.

ORDINANCE NO . 2011 -028
ORDINANCE CORRECTING MAP ERROR IN ORDINANCE 2011 - 013
WHEREAS, the County Council adopted Ordinance 2011 - 013 on May 10 ,
2011 , amending the Whatcom County Comprehensive Plan , Whatcom County Code
Title 20 , and official zoning maps , pertaining to land use planning in rural areas ;
and
WHEREAS, the " Lake Whatcom " zoning map in Exhibit C of Ordinance 2011 -
013 erroneously omitted a notation to rezone land ; and
WHEREAS, the " Lake Whatcom " comprehensive plan map and data
presented to the County Council indicate an intent to reduce the zoning density in
the area ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that
the Whatcom County Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown in Exhibit A .
ADOPTED this 26th day of July 2011 .
