RESOLUTION NO. 2012-018
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 908012 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL FUNDS
FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "BAY ROAD CULVERT REPLACEMENT."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted 2012 Annual Construction Program as
Item No. 8;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP No. 908012 is formally amended to include the construction of Bay Road
Culvert Replacement..
The Contract for this project is awarded to Colacurcio Brothers Inc. in the amount of their
bid of $416,789.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
