RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -017
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 912002 AND AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS FOR THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT FOR "HANNEGAN ROAD STRUCTURAL
OVERLAY-SCOTT DITCH BRIDGE TO LYNDEN CITY LIMITS."
WHEREAS, this project is included in the officially adopted "Amended 2012 Annual Construction
Program" as Item No. 10;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Whatcom County Council:
That CRP No. 912002 is formally amended to include the construction of Hannegan Road
Structural Overlay, Scott Ditch Bridge to Lynden City Limits.
The Contract this project is awarded to Whatcom Builders Inc. in the amount of their bid of
$463,720.00
An appropriation from the officially adopted Road Fund Budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
