Revokes the ordinance which established a $50 . 00 Petty Cash Revolving Fund for Juvenile Court
Administration , since the revolving fund is no longer in use and has not been used since 2007 . Funds
will be returned to the Whatcom County Treasurer.

11 WHEREAS, Ordinance 2005 - 044 established the $ 50 . 00 Petty Cash Revolving Fund
12 for Juvenile Court Administration ;

15 WHEREAS, the Petty Cash Revolving Fund for Juvenile Court Administration is no
16 longer necessary for its authorized use ;

18 WHEREAS, the fund has not been used since 2007 ;
19
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the
21 $ 50 . 00 Petty Cash Revolving Fund for Juvenile Court Administration be revoked and the
22 funds on deposit in this account returned to the Whatcom County Treasurer.
