Supplemental #4 requests funding from the Mental Health/Chemical Dependency Fund:
1. To appropriate $121, 797 to fund Family Treatment Court budget in Superior Court.
2. To appropriate $106,102 to supplement 2012 Drug Court budget in Superior Court.
From the Emergency Management Fund:
3. To appropriate $ 76,920 to fund FFY2009 State Homeland Security Program activities from grant proceeds.
4. To re-appropriate $104,852 FFY2009 Operation Stonegarden funds.
5. To appropriate $29,887 to fund FFY2011 Emergency Management Performance Grant activities.
From Public Utilities Improvement Fund:
6. To appropriate $400,000 to fund Bellingham Technical College Aquaculture Sciences Center EDI grant.
7. To appropriate $350,000 to fund West Bakerview overpass EDI loan. .

ORDINANCE NO . 2012-004
AMENDMENT NO. 4 OF THE 2012 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 2011 -2012 budget was adopted November 23 , 2010 ; and ,
WHEREAS , changing circumstances require modifications to the approved 2011 -2012
budget; and ,
WHEREAS , the modifications to the budget have been assembled here for deliberation by
the Whatcom County Council .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the Whatcom County Council that the 2011 -
2012 Whatcom County Budget Ordinance #2010-058 is hereby amended by adding the
following additional amounts to the 2012 budget included therein :
